Our Story
I'm 24. I graduated from the University of Sussex in 2024 with a strong 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering with Robotics. My dissertation was an autonomous mapping rover, built in parallel with the first months of a startup.
During my final year I founded a proptech venture — an AI-powered rental platform for students and landlords — and was selected into the University of Sussex's 12-month startup incubator. I attended founder events across London, sitting in rooms with VCs and AI startup founders.

By late 2024 the proptech venture had run its course and I moved to London with one thing in mind: build something of my own. Harrods first — sales associate on the shop floor. Then commission-only, door-to-door for British Gas through a sales agency. Both were deliberate: I needed to learn how to sell with my own name on the line. Three weeks of British Gas was enough; I'd taken what I needed.
With around £6,000 saved, I launched a property media business — high-end videography for developers and agents. I taught myself the craft and bought a professional camera kit.



A Milton Keynes property summit led to my first client: an agent selling Berkeley Group developments. That opened the door to ultra-luxury Berkeley Group launches, penthouse viewings, a yacht party for a new London project, and private briefings with senior sales directors at JLL and CBRE.
By early 2026 the media business had done its job — it funded the move, built the network, and put me inside rooms where high-end property is actually transacted. But standing behind the camera was always documenting someone else's deal. Owning the work end-to-end was the next move. I kept the kit; it's now the marketing engine for Safa Residences, which I founded in March 2026 — a deliberate combination of engineering discipline, proptech thinking, hard-won sales experience, and firsthand exposure to how professional property actually runs.
