| Management fee | 15–25% of gross booking revenue (net of platform fees). Charged monthly in arrears. Set per property in your individual Schedule, depending on property type, location, channel mix, and service tier. This fee covers all booking software, dynamic pricing, cleaner scheduling, client money safeguarding, and standard onboarding compliance checks. |
- No exit fees. 3-month minimum term, then a 30-day rolling notice period.
- Cleaning is guest-funded. Standard changeover cleans are paid by the guest booking fee, remaining revenue-neutral to you.
- Maintenance at cost. We never mark up repairs. Your prior written consent is required for any single item over £250.
